Thanks for the continued post YC - good stuff.

This strength in fert prices is only going to continue into early 2011, with Russia's activity in wheat, and the flow on effect into other commoddities.

Perfect timing for MAK as they attempt to gain offtakes & funding etc - in an environment where scarcety of supply, nil fert inventories in a time of increasing demand, sending fert prices continually higher, etc and rush for vertical integtration is also highlighted.
ie - M& A in this sector - ie BHP Potash, Agrium AWB, etc
