When you consider the look value for STX is 80 cents , based on what Gina paid for WGO , then 80 cents is the base market value , in addition , that price should have now risen based on Beach / Mitsui and Min , 3 holes with no positive results , and if Mins next hole is a non event there expectation of 2 TCF ,, then in reality it may only be 300 to 400 BCF . Future gas availability supply have been reduced significantly in the region . I think 90 cents is a very realistic based on our current gas supply .
