Well, there is the reference to September again.
Arbitration hearings took place in July and post hearing submissions and responses should be in by the end of September with a ruling currently expected by late September
If a ruling is made in September, and FAR win, COP/WPL have up to 90 days to action it which takes us to December. The mood would certainly change in September if we get a positive result.
