You are quite right it could be an identity slowly accumulating but to gain an effective controlling block would require the purchase of round 700m shares (19%) and there just isn't the vol for this to be happening BUT how about the SP being controlled for a management agreed 19% stack at say 12cents per share, this would raise round $80m quickly followed by a 10:1 consolidation this would knock any low ball offer for a six, provide finance to proceed into additional appraisal plus if this involved a large oil major, would provide access to development finance ........... Just a thought.
