Forgive me I just assumed that KAH polo & SD could be considered as one. That is why I abbreviated the standoff as between SD & RIO.
All the better for RIO if there are flaws in this (over)simplification as RIO will get those stakes, IMHO, directly or..... eventually. OR as I emphasise serious players (ie partners/offtake parties) will only buy in after having consulted RIO. RIO will say 'go right ahead' as A. they want them as a parnter B. They don't see them as partners in a development deal but want to buy them out (eventually) C. they've given a nod and wink to buy any such stake later on. B and C are effectively the same in outcome.
