I have just been contacted by Greg Dearden ( Senetas PR rep) to explain some of the problems he and the Directors have encountered with this 10% sale and the payment of same:
1) my understanding that the money has not been transferred from overseas, possibly because a Goverment body will not allow same to be transferred here to Australia at this time for whatever reason)
2) ASX has made Senetas suspend trading until Senetas either states that the sale has been completed or that Senetas will be negating the sale.( only after the above is done will Senetas be able to trade)
3) He has recommended that any shareholder who is worried, should contact Senetas by email, so that he can try and awnser any of their questions.
4) He has stated that he has put some information on Senetas home page pertaining to the current problems.
5) he further mentioned that FG and the other Directors are and have been made aware of the general unhappy feelings of shareholders regarding the quality and quantity of information, and he has mentioned that he will do his best to update the developments every few days.

I found him to be a very able bodied person who I now believe will do everything in his power to help us
