Hold on a sec, if the bidders are happy to stump up $300m+ for (i assume 20% stake based on previous CP deal).
If the price offered is low, they won't get the deal. If the price offered is too high they can just buy the company straight off the bat at that price for Poseidon, and get great assets in Brazil for free. Feels like good odds for a bidding war on KAR itself coming up, the losers won't sit out this one quietly. Just my conjecture, DYOR.
