Hello all, i emailed the office with a few questions and this was the response.

Thank you for you message via our website.

Both Directors are currently overseas at the moment. I have forwarded this
message to them so they are aware of your concern. Unfortunately I can not
predict when they are likely to get back to you as I am unsure if and when
they will be in the office whilst over there.

They are due back in the Perth office Wednesday 24 October.
