Shareholder Comment: Hello Rob

I have just read your latest two feedback comments in regards to the Feasibility Study. Whilst we would not expect to receive the full study, especially given the apparent size or the confidentiality issues, you have been clearly promising further information for some time now. This includes a promise in the same quarterly report where you included the snapshot details of the FS. Surely there must be technical elements and information you can give us that don't risk commercial confidentiality but fill us in on the issues that surround the project?

I and many other UCL shareholders I know have been waiting for further detail for some time now - on the strength of those company promises. You and the company are generally good in respect of transparency however this is generating disappointment and undermining credibility because of those previous promises.

Can you please clarify to all UCL shareholders approximately what time frame we are looking at to receive further detail and what we can reasonably expect to receive? eg Do we have to wait for the BFS now?

Please also hear that I am very excited about the fact the company is moving into the financing phase and congratulations for making that speedy decision. This email is only about getting shareholders and the company on the same page.
