Shareholder Comment: Is the ITOK agreement dead now and if so what is the company doing to revive it?
If its alive where are negotiations at?
Will it cost more than originally stated?
Does it look like involving legal action?
When do you expect to have it settled?


Union Resources Reply: The Itok agreement requires action by Itok to settle it.

The agreement is still binding.

Whilst Union have reserved its rights, no action has been taken to date.

Shareholder Comment: Although I can see your frustration with the share market in general, I simply regret you do not promote your project any further, and possibly deny the market a better understanding of where you are at. Or is it that bad ???


Union Resources Reply: You are correct, Union is not over promoting the project at this time, due to the uncertainties of the international political scene.
