Yes, reading PVD blurb is like a fairy story of mistruths.
The most annoying thing to me is that this is a good business but the decisions taken by the management have really messed this stock up. Their shareholders are funding their huge wages whilst they care little for shareholder value. Im of the view the price could sink to as low as 35c because of the lack of buyers. Who wants to tie their money up for 10 months in the hope of a high risk venture.
Once a sell off starts and this started with the 2nd capital raising and is a repeat of the last capital raising its a long ride down and a slow ride back.
