Rudd is just all talk.
He wants a regional talkfest on illegals. Just proves that he has no intention of looking after our interests. He will let other countries decide for us.
Our good friends in Indonesia wont even extradite people smugglers.
All talk and no action is what produced the problem in the first place.
Rudd 2 is as useless as Rudd 1.
