There are 3 outcomes for KCN -
1. The company is found not to be responsible for the contamination and trading resumes. The SP will be savaged as investors will fret about future action.
2.The processing halt is extended in which case KCN will likely go into receivership.
3. KCN is found liable in which case KCN will go into receivership.
In any case it looks like shareholders will lose most if not all their investment. At least Gavin isn't around to see what has happened to KCN. I wonder if things would have been different if Gavin was still around.
