Listing fees for the new fin year were payable to ASX yesterday. Circa ~$60K. Last year they were threatened in August with delisting for failing to pay, but the Administrator ultimately paid them and we are still listed. There has been no declaration of worthlessness of the shares, the remaining husk of the company has been returned to the directors by the Administrator, and there is no ability yet (except for an off-market transfer) to offload them and claim a loss. Middlemas is just sitting in this shell for the time being, imo no doubt waiting to propose a recapitalisation plan to use the Co for some other sham. Meanwhile the class action looms large.
