Today 19-8-2019 , spoke to Felicity a geologist MD of Hodges Resources .HDG is not listed on the stock market , it is delisted . They are preparing to be relisted, hopefully by the end of the year , but it might be next year , depending on how the process goes . Mr Mc Mahon is still associated with the company . The company is presently evaluating a number of projects , but the selection of a project is a tricky process as it depends on the commodity & and it's place in the price cycle . For example Lithium might not be the wisest choice at the moment and gold projects are presently commanding a premium . The company is still seeking to get it's 3 million dollar payment back from the Botswana Coal project . This was listed for last September , but was not heard then . So new time for a hearing cannot be booked into the court until next year . The million dollars that the company had has been significantly depleted . The one for ten capital reduction , was undertaken to make the company more attractive for investment by investors . The business about the sports EFT , has nothing to do with Hodges . HDG is not listed on the stock market at this time . I received a notice advising me of the one for 10 reduction in the unlisted company HDG . Felicity is a very pleasant person to speak with & was patient with my queries. I just get a positive feeling about her . She has been involved with some companies previously , that eventually had a good outcome for shareholders - I hope she can achieve the same end here . Summing up the situation : The longer the relisting & project selection process goes on for , the less money the company will have & the more dependant on raising funds from stockbroking firms . HDG future success is highly depend and on the likelihood getting back it's 3 million dollar payment , of which there is no possibility of; until next year . So at this time we have nothing tangible and only a little hope for the future . Unfortunately it looks like they were skimmed for $3 mill . Anyway , Felicity said they would send a letter to shareholders when there was something significant to report . I suggested they provide an up date on a Facebook site as it would be a lot cheaper than sending letters to shareholders .
