It is incredible that enough people continue being conned with this stuff that it is still profitable to do.
It is the downside of the internet that it is essentially no cost to bulk e-mail everyone. If there was a charge on ISPs that they had to pass on to their subscribers of say just a cent per e-mail, then these junk e-mail scams would probably become uneconomic.
