Their compliance rules are written based on market cap, not share price. For all the reasons mentioned previously about share price not representing the actual size of the company (due to number of shares on issue).
So generally the rule would be, for example: can't invest in companies < 100M market cap.
How do I know? I used to work for a fund manager and spent many boring hours testing compliance rules.
