Capital is one thing this project will not have to worry about.
The only people that should be worried about ARM doing some capital raising are OHM. Why? Because you can almost bet your bottom dollar that capital will be raised by a bunch of (non-australian, long term, not for sale) forward thinking investors.
OHM has an aim to be the largest provider of manganese ore in the world.
ARM could sink that aim within the next six months!
