Here's a hint, oldfullofbull26 posted on another thread a couple of weeks ago, that the ABC would have a "smoking gun" that they could pull out at trail. He doesn't understand Discovery or how it applies in adversarial court proceedings.
Then, "And you dont think Justin Gleeson will give Porter a whipping?" seems to suggest that oldfullofbull26 considers that Porter's morality or lack of it will be on trail.
