    Regarding the OP report on Porter's legal team seeking further information in support of the defamation claim, I've been wondering about their claim that Milligan deleted some tweets. This is made clear in another report of the updated claim:


    So on one hand they are using the integrity of social media as prosecution evidence, but dismissing the integrity of social media as a tainted defence. Each way bet using a service that thrives on conspiracy theories, guesswork and outright lies.

    Milligan has publicly denied deleting anything relevant ... something FB and Twitter can troll through to authenticate, encrypted or not. We shouldn't discount their own censorship algorithms that many of us have fallen victim to over the last year.

    What we should be prickled about is our freedom to express ourselves on social media is now considered defamation fodder, without posters giving permission to use. Everyone knows SM is a run off at the mouth platform, not predicated on considered thought and intelligent conversation. It's troll heaven.
