There is no EV revolution in the US without Musk. Panasonic is smart to lock in contracts with Tesla early on, because once EVs become increasingly mainstream, then the story will shift from these thinly veiled criticism to Panasonics and Sumitomos profitability and foresight.

Media just needs to write some species, particular Forbes (and other conservative outlets) because they are leveraged into oil assets currently.

That's what it comes down to, we have all have self fulfilling agendas that we have to support because it pays the bills ultimately.
