IMHO it's the lack of confidence in ARU's management which stops the share price to move up. Big REE company like LYC is working hard to lock in future contracts. It also makes alliances with smaller REE Plays (ALK, NTU, etc) therefore the whole group benefit from LYC's marketing strength. On the other hand ARU has been always on its own, no future contracts locked in, and no alliance with other companies to complement its offerings. This has reflected badly on the management capability and creditability.

Having said all the above, I still think ARU will be the next "big thing" when it starts producing. However in short term I will put my money somewhere else.
