there are no futures markets.
LYC and MCP have a few take-off agreements, however, the vast majority of these are quoted on the basis of market prices at the time the physical transaction will take place in the future, so are fully open to any upside/downside effects ie. no hedging ability. A few of LYC's that were organised a couple of years ago have a very low ceiling price.
