Malaysia has proven time and time again to have poor governance and poses a massive risk to international investment.
They have robots dressed in orange coveralls and wearing a hardhat waving a flag back and forth on the side of the highway on the way up to Penang to get drivers to slow down.
That's how dumb the average motorist is in Malaysia.
