And when questioned in Parliament whether outcome of the Lynas review stated that the waste MUST be sent back to Australia, the Deputy Minister replied ".... i will get back to you on that...." She was acting on her own accord, not on behalf of Malaysia. Surely there is a major misrepresentation issue there.
Nowhere during the proceedings did they find any problems. The only recommendations coming out of that report was a study on the water which is open to all users of the industrial site.
Its time these quys get it right and kick Yeo and Co to the curb.
