I agree with you completely Redgie. For something that is integral to the growth of the company, I don't know why dragging the feet. Take a pay cut and pay a consultant to do the application if you have to. Just get it done! As far as I can see MXC keeps setting up the goals nicely then not bloody kicking them. Still have confidence that it will be done in the end but wondering about the current strategy...
