The 3 cent range is my guess. Despite what some holders counter claim here, the Board of Management does have a duty of care to run this company in the best interests of all share holders. The cataclysmic fall of the current SP would warrant official comment from most publicly listed companies. Silence does not engender confidence or strong leadership. Maybe this is just a 3 cent company through and through.
