The Directors will not buy on market shares in large enough quantities to make any difference in sp.
Your points about reducing debt and dividends are long term strategies that will make GOR even more attractive to be raped and pillaged, while Rome burns.
Unless immediate action is taken by the Directors to secure the appropriate sp they will soon be replaced in any takeover and the takeover share price will be at 50% of what it should be. Shareholder value will be destroyed for the retail shareholder and passed over to the takeover leech.
Contact the Board of Directors with a cal to action.l
