As I have said previously , many options , Its a wanted product , leases signed , cash flows assured and dividends following , dependent on how its all structured , interested parties a plenty means market price achieved .

Many of these centres can also be grown within the next 5 - 10 years , certainly a couple of the Australian parcel are earmarked for double the current size .
