not familiar with MFS situation but it's clear to me that CNP will be forced to sell assets in a falling market.
The assets it has in America nobody wants and the only ones attracting interest here are the best ones.
Even if it escapes administration it will be a shadow of it's former self and sp will languish for a long time
Those who buy in now will wait a long time for appreciation
