let me know when directors and instos start buying back in...if that doesnt happen, it says a lot...share price has been moving downward for a while...afg accountants do a good job cooking the books, as a mate and former record realty employee advised me just recently,albeit a bit late...lots of bad debt and losses taken off the balance sheets and hidden.
