That Google earth exercise was a massive wake up call to me about doing extensive research. I just buy half arsed blind mostly. I saw crops and farms and villages and then thought .. Mine ? NFW !
Farmers love their land and most have scruples. All it takes is several to say no to the wads being offered and the project is in the shit. The govt can claim land for public infrastructure but private ventures. ......... no.
