I think that you're paid by Stephen Copulos to downramp the stock, so he can keep accumulating CZL shares for cheap while putting a pressure on management to delay the JORC.
If this works out (and it will - CZL will become a multi-bagger when it starts mining), he'll make a huge money on zinc, and finally won't have to work anymore with those bloody (though crunchy) chickens.
