Maybe this news isn't so much of interest to QHL (though involves the F-35), but Lockhed Martin have just signed a $5bn deal with the government for delivery of 30 F-35's. That is $167m each.

Also some news about our nearest neighbour (Indonesia), that they are purchasing an additional 6 Su-30 (two seater Su-27's basically) aircraft for what they term deterence. Who are they trying to deter? Note the Su-30 can travel faster and further than the F-35's that we are currently purchasing. Will make things a bit more interesting if they update their technology to what the Russians are currently using.

Back to the first announcement - delivery for these aircraft is next year. So quite possibly they have have soem quickstep parts in them....
