(RTTNews.com) - Summit Therapeutics ( SMMT ) announced Tuesday morning that it has entered into an exclusive license and collaboration agreement with Sarepta Therapeutics ( SRPT ). The agreement grants Sarepta rights in Europe, Turkey and the Commonwealth of Independent States to Summit's utrophin modulator pipeline.
Summit Therapeutics has gapped open sharply higher this morning and is now up 9.49 at $18.14 on the highest volume of the year. The stock has soared to a new high for the year.
