    I got this letter from John Allen.

    Removing the current board is a mistake and bringing back Frank Wilson is a mistake. We won't be in this mess if he disclosed the contract conditions properly in December 2015, didn't loan himself $11m and funnel money into an offshore account.

    This special resolution will result in the noteholders putting us into liquidation.
