    The shareholder supporters of the spill motion assume the spill will get the shares relisted.

    There is no reason to believe that. The company will be privatised by the spill and shareholders will be locked in. Then the new board will issue a lot of new low priced shares to themselves and forgive the FW loan.

    I don’t know whether growers will be better off or not.
