    How did u get the 1/7th figure? The tender results are not finalised last I heard , have u heard any news there? QIN's position on bidding for it not yet clear. QIN will need heartwood to meet its oil supply demand so that justifies it buying the wood despite solvency issue plus its commission for harvest etc.
