Its hard to see this dog getting off the mat and frankly, I am very surprised that the noteholders haven't moved to clean up this stinking mess.

A good old tree lynching is deserving and there surely must be more than one swinging, if justice is to be served.
I think I will throw my lot in with the class action. Nothing else to lose because ZERO value is ZERO value.
But I have learned my lesson...never, ever trust a company which reports profits so far from operational cash flows as to be absurd. Yep, capitalized profits are CRAP and the accounting bodies must look at their standards here.

It's gonna be interesting to see the REITS when property values start falling because their profits have been mostly capitalized "gains".
