Obviously a very big question. But since NZOG is one of the biggest shareholders I cannot imagine that they will be entirely happy if they are cut out.
Maybe if they get compensation back in the form of the insurance etc they might be satisfied......but even then I would think that if there was a chance for PRC to be resurrected in some form then NZOG would be keen to see it.
Therefore the rest of the shareholders could benefit.
