This latest news from MCE is what most were concerned about when the Trading Halt was announced.
Why was a Div. paid when they appear to need cash? Who is in charge of finance at this company?
Director Mr Paul Wright certainly knows when to sell doesn't he.
As all directors are taking part in the rights issue he should have some cash to buy back in.
They certainly like to spruik about their tendering activity as that seems to dominated the Half Yearly and Capital Raising slideshows.
Unfortunately this does not bring in earnings.
Should the ASX price query dated the 15th of May have been made public on the ASX announcment page for all to see before the trading halt went ahead, or is it only sent to the company concerned?(it only appearred today)
I would love to sell but there is not much point as after this there is not much left.
I'm interested in any thoughts
