The AGO thing must be because AGO have spare & underutilised capacity, PLS would like to make some money on the side ahead of time, so they struck a mutually beneficial deal.
If we can believe that AVZ can get lithium out of the middle of africa, we can take if for granted that PLS can get lithium out of WA. How will they do it? By picking up the phone and making it happen.
What will it cost? Well correct me if I'm wrong but the PLS site has no rail connection just a dirt road that trucks drive down, so the freight costs will be a bit higher but PLS was supposed to be a low cost producer so they should be alright.
FMG and BHP both have rail in the general area see bhp rail and fmg rail so maybe there can be something there, I'm just speculating.
