    I spoke to a Director of the company today (by phone) and was informed that the Formal Sale and Purchase Agreement referred to in the 27 September announcement should be completed within the next couple of days. He also told me that he was heading over to Zambia in 10 days time and that he is extremely happy with how things with GSF are progressing.
