Oops, looks like no one has picked up on the mistake I made earlier when talking about the chart, however I'm hear to correct myself.
I wrote: As for the looks of the chart, I see GSF working its way down a "bearish flag", which by the way is a bullish sp pattern usually breaking out following the underlying trend, which in this case I still see as up.

Now, what we see is NOT a "bearish flag", it is a bullish flag, which should break with the bullish underlying trend!

Here a definition of the bullish flag: Flags can be categorized as continuation patterns. They usually represent only brief pauses in a dynamic market. They are typically seen right after a big, quick move. The market then usually takes off again in the same direction. Research has shown that these patterns are some of the most reliable continuation patterns.
Bullish flags are characterized by lower tops and lower bottoms, with the pattern slanting against the trend. Their trend lines run parallel.

For more information on Flags and Pennants continuation patterns go to: http://stockcharts.com/school/doku.php?id=chart_school:chart_analysis:chart_patterns:flag_pennant_continu

I sorry for the above mixup!
