    NKP has an option to take up 59% of the 3 southern farms by issuing another 250million shares to the local vendors.

    NKP currently has 74% of 2 Northern farms

    NKP currently has 250million shares outstanding fully diluted

    Read the last NKP presentation

    Therefore the overall fuly diluted market capitalisation of NKP would be 500million@70cents = $350million
