That chart is a beauty, apparently this isn't a pump and dump either it's just normal market stuff. If it is a pump and dump it's not the words "memorandum of understanding" that is responsible (the internet lawyers have both assured us it's true blue) or the fact commercial terms have to be agreed to it's a few chaps on online forums pointing that out.
