No one is confused, we know what an MOA is and why a document is drafted as an MOA. Giving an MOA a different name does not change anything that's contained within, give us a look and we'll tell you if the stinker is legally binding.
Of course the punters won't do that because they can't even say why no ministers turned up, it's apparently not in shareholder interest to tell them why, much like it's not in shareholder interest to let us know your dates have blown out prior to your poorly attended signing ceremony.
