it is my understanding that there has to be a discussion on CAP as per the last announcement re: extention of financing.
"Management has evaluated the offers received for the Centro America Fund
(CAF) portfolio and is in the process of negotiation. A course of action will be
decided over the next 30 days;"

i hope that there is clear guidance as to what is being sold at what yields and how close to book value they are.
