baron don't get your hopes up mate on an asset sales update. after all they now have until december 15 to make progress. the whole point of the extension was to give them time to realise the most value. i would be happy if they take their time - every penny counts. i want these bad boys sold for at least book value.
guys, monday will mark a historic turning point for cnp. for all those people sitting on the sidelines imo monday is the best time to get in. all the bad news is factored into the sp. the only way she can go from now is up.
between now and december 15 we will have asset sales, cnp will reduce its gearing levels, debt markets will stabilise and interest rates will fall, and then hopefully sometime in december the banks will agree to refinance the remainder of cnp's debt.
