    good news for holders.

    paves the way for takeover negotiations to begin in earnest now. i dare say that by the end of the year when the debt now falls due CNP will no longer be trading as an independent company, someone will snap it up.......

    best way forward from this debacle. who will it be? a MQG type entity or a SGP, WDC?

    i personally would be happy to sell at the 90cps which was rumoured 6 or so weeks ago.
